2. User Eligibility:
a. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that
you are at least 18 years old.

a. To access some features of the App, you may be required to create an account.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
c. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
d. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment and Auto-Renewing Subscription Terms:
By using this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding payments and auto-renewing subscriptions:
a. Subscription Plans: The app offers subscription plans with varying durations and features. These plans are billed on a recurring basis at the rate agreed upon at the time of purchase unless canceled. The available subscription plans and their respective pricing details can be found within the app.
b. Payment Authorization: By selecting a subscription plan, you authorize the app to charge the designated payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) for the subscription fees on a recurring basis until you cancel the subscription.
c. Auto-Renewal: All subscription plans are set to auto-renew by default, unless explicitly canceled by the user. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
d. Billing Cycle: The billing cycle begins on the date of subscription purchase and renews automatically according to the chosen plan's duration (e.g., weekly, monthly, yearly).
e. Cancellation: Users can manage and cancel their subscription at any time through the app's settings or by accessing their account preferences on the respective app store platform. Cancellation will stop further billing, and the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
f. No Refunds: Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods or unused portions of the subscription.
g. Changes to Subscription Plans: We reserve the right to modify, change, or discontinue any subscription plan or its features, pricing, or terms at our discretion. Users will be informed of such changes in advance.
h. Taxes: All subscription fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be added to the total amount depending on the user's location and the prevailing tax laws.
5. Content:
a. You retain ownership of the content you submit to the App.
b. By submitting content, you grant AskAGuyFriend a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free,
sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of,
display, and perform your content.
6. Prohibited Conduct:
a. Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose or engage in any conduct that violates these terms.
b. Do not upload or share content that is offensive, inappropriate, or infringes on the rights of others.
7. Privacy:
a. Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect,
use, and disclose your personal information.
8. Termination:
a. AskAGuyFriend reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for
any reason.
b. You may terminate your account by contacting us at support@askaguyfriend.com.

continued use of the App after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties:
